SLIPPED DISK

Anybody is prone to having a slipped disc.  People who do not regularly exercise have that risk of hardening and early breakdown of the disc. Also, a person who does not use proper techniques while performing strenuous exercise and strenuous work, including lifting is prone to slipped or herniated disc. When lifting heavy objects, the weight of the body shall be on the legs and not on the back. A slipped disc can be very painful in the neck or back depending on where the slipped disc occurred. A man's disc is that protective shock-absorbing pads between the bones of the spine. It does not actually slip, but it ruptures or split. So, when lifting be conscious of the correct posture.

Mom ko meron nito, she has to be very careful lalo na if she has to bend. KOnting mali lang balik ulit. :(
